1604 Elliot Avenue Minneapolis, MN 55404

Incredible opportunity to own a large Duplex, 5 bedrooms each, in a mostly owner occupied neighborhood just blocks to downtown Minneapolis, Universities and Hospitals. There is a great need for traveling nurses as well as college students in this fabulous location. This is truly a move-in ready duplex with a quick close available. Multiple updates including roof, siding, windows, mechanicals, bathrooms, kitchens, decking and so much more! A frozen pipe was an extreme headache for the seller, but such a bonus for the future buyer. If you've seen this before, its definitely worth another look. Over $125,000 in updates and repairs have just been completed. This home would also make a great mother-in-law option or for those with grown children that want their own space. The current sellers have loved this home for over 45 years and are ready for someone else to complete its next chapters.
